It is highly encouraged that readers, authors, and influencers take an extra effort today to encourage St. Martin’s Press to speak up. This can be done by posting with the hashtag #SpeakUpSMP, signing the petition, emailing the publishers (email templates are available), and sharing this information with friends!
It is appalling that @stmartinspress and @wednesdaybooks have not even attempted to meet these demands. It is appalling that St. Martin’s Press has refused to address the anti-Palestinian, queerphobic, and hateful messages posted by a member of the Wednesday Books Marketing Department.
Readers, influencers, and authors deserve so much better than how you have been treating them.
